The creation of the new forum.

If you want to create a new forum, then you should come to the primary site for the management of the forums, and click the create link there. You should find the form for the creation of the new forum then. Input into this form the domain name of the new forum, something like the x.elfity.com where the x part should be changed to something else, a complicated secret phrase for the control of the forum, and repeat the secret phrase one more time. Write down both the domain name and the secret phrase, push the CREATE button, and read the message from the system. If the requested domain name is available, then your new forum should be created at once.
In order to enter into the forum control panel, you should come to the primary site for the management of the forums, and click the update link there. You should find the form for the entrance to the control panel of your forum then. Input into this form the domain name of your forum, and the secret phrase for the control of your forum. Push the ENTER button, and read the message from the system. If the combination of the domain name and the secret phrase is valid, then you should find yourself in the control panel of your forum.

The control panel of the forum.

There is a row of the buttons at the top of the control panel, which are used for the switching to the thematic groups of the actions, and for the selection of the actions in these thematic groups. There is also the link HELP at the top left of the control panel, where the help text on the action which you would like to do may be found. If you would like to exit from the control panel, then push the EXIT button in the row of the buttons at the top right of the control panel, then the cookie which contains the temporary security token would be cleared. If you would not make any actions for about one hour, then the temporary security token would expire itself, and you would need to enter into the control panel again.

The tuning of the basic properties.

Push the TUNE button in the row of the buttons at the top of the control panel, this button should move to the most left position in the row of the buttons then, and you would find the list of the actions for the tuning of the basic properties for your forum at the left of this button.

The tuning of the style.

Select the STYLE item from the drop-down menu at the top left of the control panel, and push the TUNE button, which is located at the right of this menu. There should appear a second level menu for the tuning of the style below the row of the buttons at the top of the control panel.
Select the TUNE THE COLORS item from the second level menu for the tuning of the style. You should find the form for the tuning of the colors for your forum then. Every color is coded by the combination of the three hexadecimal numbers, for the Red Green Blue colors in this order, each of these numbers is represented by the two characters, which are used similar to the common digits, but are counted from 0 to 9 and from A to F, for the easy coding of the powers of two in the sixteen based parts, which is convenient for the machine. Here are several examples, FF0000 is the bright red color, FF9900 is the orange color, which is the combination of the bright red color with some green color without any blue color. The tuning of the language.

Select the LANGUAGE item from the drop-down list of the actions at the top left of the control panel, and push the TUNE button which is located near this list of the actions. There should appear a second level menu for the tuning of the language below the row of the buttons at the top of the control panel. Select the wanted language from the list of the popular languages in the second level menu, and the system messages of the forum would switch to the selected language. Notice please that the language would change at the forum itself only, while the language of the control panel is always English for the reliability and consistency.

The tuning of the HTML patch fragments.

Select the PATCH item from the drop-down list of the actions at the top left of the control panel, and push the TUNE button which is located near this list of the actions. There should appear a second level menu for the tuning of the patch fragments below the row of the buttons at the top of the control panel. The patch fragments for the every place should be created in the two versions, for the GET and POST request methods of the HTTP hyper text transfer protocol, in order to use the advertising places of your forum properly. For example, the Google AdSense code should be placed on the pages, which are requested using the GET method, for the best performance of the ads, which are related to the content of the page. At the same time, the ads which do not depend on the content of the page may be placed on the pages, which are requested using any method.

The thematic sections for the public messages.

Push the HEAP button in the row of the buttons at the top of the control panel, this button should move to the most left position in the row of the buttons then, and you would find the list of the actions for the tuning of the thematic sections for the public messages at the left of this button.

The management of the thematic sections.

Select the LIST item from the drop-down menu at the top left of the control panel, and push the HEAP button, which is located at the right of this menu. There should appear a complete list of the thematic sections below the row of the buttons at the top of the control panel, and the form for the creation of a new thematic section.
If you want to create a new thematic section, then input the title of the new section into the form and push the CREATE NEW SECTION button under the input form field for the title of the section. The new section should appear in the list of the sections in the control panel, if you want this section to appear on the forum, then you should tune this section.
If you would like to order the complete list of the thematic sections, then you should select the section from the complete list of the sections, and push the LIFT button in order to move up the selected section, or to push the DROP button in order to move down the selected section.
If you want to tune an existing thematic section, then select this section from the list of the sections, and push the SELECT button under the list of the sections. You should find the two forms then, the first form for the tuning of the options of the section, and the second form for the changing of the title of the section. The options mean the rights of the users in this thematic section. If the option READ is checked, then this section is public, and all users may read the messages in this section. If the option POST is also checked, then all users may post their messages in the existing topics of this section. If the option MAKE is also checked, then all users may start new topics in this section. You should push the SAVE THE OPTIONS button in order to save these options. It is also possible to tune the options for the selected users, if you would not permit anyone to read the section, but would permit the selected users to read it, then you would have a hidden section for the elite users. And below the form for the options is located the form for the title of the thematic section, if you want to change the title of the section, then input a new title there and push the CHANGE THE TITLE button.

The joining of the thematic sections.

If you want the people to find a thematic section in your forum, then you should place this section somewhere in your forum. Select the JOIN item from the drop-down menu at the top left of the control panel, and push the HEAP button, which is located at the right of this menu. There you should find a list of the thematic sections, which are joined at the selected place of the forum, and the complete list of the thematic sections, which may be joined at the selected place. The list or the joined sections may be ordered, using the LIFT and DROP buttons, and the sections may be deleted from this list, using the SELECT button and the DELETE check box. You may also use the SELECT button in order to select another place of the forum, where you would like to join a thematic section from the complete list of the sections below. If you want to join a section at the selected place of the forum, then select this section from the complete list of the sections at the bottom, and push the JOIN button there, then this section should appear in the top list of the sections, and if this section is public, then it should appear at the selected place of the forum also.
